Common Questions:

Are the windows barred? Can they be covered entirely?

The first window pictured at furthest left is operational, and also half of the second from the left. The first is the Popeye’s dining room and needs to remain open. The remaining windows can be covered.

Security Bars – can be painted and can be cut off flush with wall. It is not possible to remove them entirely.

What about piping that runs on building exterior?

Yes, it can be painted.

No paint on bricks? What about the white addition at the back of the building?

White wooden addition (far right of photo) may be painted and included in the design. The lower brick area is also available for artwork.

Can we affix materials to the brick?

Screens/canvas/framing etc. may be affixed to the building to create a paintable surface. Artwork may be steel, aluminum, wood, canvas, vinyl or any material that does not permanently adhere to the brick.

What about the limestone pillars at the front of the building?

Limestone should not be covered or decorated with artwork.
