In September of 2025, The College Park City-University Partnership’s downpayment assistance programs have provided 100 downpayment assistance loans in College Park.

With the support of our partners at the City of College Park, The University of Maryland at College Park, and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, we’ve:  

• Welcomed over 330 residents to College Park (since 2016) 
• Provided over $1.65 million in downpayment assistance (since 2016) 
• Supported $41 million in home sales (since 2016)
