Homebuyer Spotlight: Dr. Qi + Yiping
When Dr. Qi relocated from North Carolina for his position at the University of Maryland, he settled in Potomac, Maryland – a 45-50 minute drive from College Park. “After about a year of the commute, I was tired of the drive; I really wanted a place I could walk to work,” said Yiping.
“We looked briefly in the areas around College Park before finding our house in Old Town. It’s nice [our] home is so close to the Metro – the Green Line is a couple of blocks away!” Hong’s wife Yiping added.
The pair are excited to explore the shopping, entertainment, parks and trails. When asked about the Program, Yiping explained that the program was like “icing on the cake, it makes the move that much sweeter.”
