Route One Reimagined: Ribbon cutting Ceremony
On Saturday, November 9, 2024, the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration, The University of Maryland, and the College Park Community to celebrated the completion of Phase 1 of the US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) College Park Improvement Project! The 1.5-mile project enhances safety and traffic flow for all road users, including pedestrians and bicyclists, while supporting revitalization efforts along the busy US 1 corridor.
