The Partnership, City of College Park’s Planning Department, and University of Maryland Professors are teaming up to conduct a study on the real estate market potential and redevelopment strategies for Midtown College Park in Spring 2017.

The region to be studied is a 10 block area along Baltimore Avenue in the midtown section of the city, spanning from Lakeland Road to MD-193. Its focus will be on the immediate redevelopment opportunities that will prompt the most efficient, transformative growth in this part of the city.

The study is part of the Partnership’s overarching mission to position College Park as a top 20 university community by 2020.
