In 2017, The Clarice in partnership with MilkBoy Philadelphia and the University of Maryland College Park Foundation opened MilkBoy ArtHouse, a local crossroads for dynamic entertainment, inspired social gathering and creative dining. MilkBoy ArtHouse has two performance spaces and an
